Q. Where do you ship from?
We ship from china and our partnered warehouses across the world. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different warehouse specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It will usually take 14-26 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?
Orders will normally be processed and dispatched within 2-7 days.

Q. How much does shipping cost?
Completely FREE! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders! *The free shipping service does not cover some country, please contact us in advance at email@example.com for additional information
Q. I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org And we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
Q. Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

Currently we manufacture in China, taking great care to choose partners who share our values. That means prioritizing quality, worker safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimizing environmental impact.

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 48 hours.
